OPPO A98 5G phone was launched today in Malaysia, the official price of the new machine has not yet been announced.
The OPPO A98 5G phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor and has a 6.72-inch FHD IPS LCD screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+ and 600 nits brightness. The phone comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X internal memory and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and also supports 8GB of virtual memory.
The OPPO A98 5G has three cameras on the rear, with a 64MP primary camera, complemented by a 2MP depth of field lens and a 2MP macro lens. The front-facing camera is a 32-megapixel camera that can be used for selfies and video calls. The phone has a 5000mAh battery and supports fast wired charging at 67W.
The phone also features a side fingerprint recognition sensor, support for 5G SA / NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C and NFC. The phone features OPPO’s Glow design language and uses fingerprint and scratch-resistant materials and coatings. The phone is 8.2mm thick and weighs 192 grams. Although the official price of the new phone has not been announced yet, according to the online store, the 8GB + 256GB version of the phone is priced at 1,399 Malaysian ringgit and is already available for pre-order.
