By “Prey” and “Dishonored” developer Arkane Austin production of open-world first-person co-op shooter “Red Haze Island” is now online Steam, 2023 release.
The developer says that Red Haze Island still brings Arkane’s usual carefully crafted game world and immersive simulation gameplay experience, bringing the studio’s signature gameplay to this plot-driven action shooter.
The game device, a Massachusetts island town called Red Haze Island was recently under siege by a group of bloods. They blocked the town’s sunlight and isolated the residents from the outside world. Explore the open world and immerse yourself in a deep plot to uncover the truth behind the present day of the Bloods.
Ally with the few survivors and work together against the creatures that threaten to drain the town dry. A perfect blend of single and multiplayer options, Red Haze Island supports players to fight solo in a dark world or team up with up to four players for cooperative adventures. Teams can experiment with different hero configurations and combine their strengths to find creative solutions to the Blood Catastrophe.
The game supports simplified Chinese, configuration requirements have not yet been announced.
