Onyx Boox Tab Mini Reader released: 7.8-inch Kaleido 3 ink screen, $450

Onyx Boox previously launched a 10.3-inch color reader Tab Ultra C (named Tab10 C). According to the latest news from the official website, the small-screen low-end version of the Tab Ultra C is also coming, and the new product name is Boox Tab Mini C.

Onyx’s official website, the BOOX Tab Mini C is equipped with a 7.8-inch E Ink Kaleido 3 display (supporting 4096 colors), a pressure-sensitive stylus, a Qualcomm octa-core processor, and 4GB LPDDR4x memory, supporting 150ppi color display and 300ppi black and white display.

The Boox Tab Mini C weighs 264g, is 8.3mm thick, has a front light with adjustable color temperature, supports WiFi and Bluetooth, stereo speakers, a built-in microphone, 5000mAh battery, auto-rotate sensor, USB Type-C interface, runs Android 11 systems.

In addition, the storage space of the BOOX Tab Mini C has been reduced to 64GB UFS 2.1, while the Tab10 C has 128GB UFS 2.1 storage; the Tab Mini C has also cut off the 16MP camera.

The price of Boox Tab Mini C has also been reduced from US$600 (RMB 4099) to US$450 (currently about RMB 3240). The domestic pricing of Boox Tab Mini C.
