The blogger @digital chat station today brought the latest news about the OnePlus 8 Gen 3 engineering machine, which is expected to be the OnePlus 12 series.
According to the blogger, the new phone is equipped with a 2K high-frequency dimming curved screen on the front, uses a new domestic substrate, is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and provides 16GB / 24GB memory versions. The new phone has a rear 50Mp IMX9xx new main camera + 50Mp ultra-wide-angle + 64Mp 3X periscope telephoto. The body has a built-in 5400mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
In addition, the engineering machine also uses a metal middle frame, equipped with an ultra-thin optical fingerprint, an oversized X-axis motor, and an oversized VC heat dissipation area.
The blogger has previously confirmed that OnePlus 12 will use a Sony IMX9xx image sensor, with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 64MP OV64B 3X periscope. The image parameters are consistent with the models exposed today, so it can be speculated that the engineering machine belongs to the OnePlus 12 series.
OnePlus 12 exterior renderings have been released by @OnLeaks, and these renderings are said to be based on real pictures of the test prototype. It can be seen that this new machine continues the family design, the position of the lens module is the same as that of the previous generation, the Hasselblad logo is printed in the middle of the lens, and the periscope is frosted.
