The Document Foundation today announced the release of the sixth maintenance update for LibreOffice version 7.4, a month and a half after the previous version.
The LibreOffice 7.4.6 maintenance update mainly fixes serious crashes affecting most users, fixes 73 bugs, and makes this office suite more stable.
The Foundation recommends that all users of the LibreOffice 7.4 office suite family update their installations to LibreOffice version 7.4.6 as soon as possible. Users can do so by downloading the installation files for RPM or DEB-based distributions from the official website or through the distribution’s stable software repository.
LibreOffice 7.4.6 is the penultimate maintenance release update and will continue to be supported until June 12, 2023. The Documentation Foundation’s development focus has been placed on LibreOffice version 7.5.
