According to EGAsizeGPU, NVIDIA may be launching new RTX 4070 graphics cards, including the RTX 4070 D6 and RTX 4070 Super.
The new RTX 4070 D6 will have the same specifications, but the memory will be changed from GDDR6X to GDDR6. The RTX 4070 Super will be based on the larger AD103 GPU, and the memory will be upgraded from 12GB 192bit to 16GB 256bit.
NVIDIA RTX 4070 graphics card debuted on April 13 this year, priced at $4,799 onwards.
In terms of parameters, the RTX 4070 graphics card has 5888 CUDA cores and uses 12GB GDDR6X memory with a bit width of 192bit.
NVIDIA said that with DLSS 3, the GeForce RTX 4070 average performance is 2.6 times faster than the RTX 2070 SUPER and 1.4 times faster than the GeForce RTX 3080. At the same time, the GeForce RTX 4070 excels in traditional rasterized games that do not support advanced features such as ray tracing and DLSS. In these rasterized games, the GeForce RTX 4070 is on par with the GeForce RTX 3080, but consumes less than half the actual gaming power and boasts an additional 2GB of video memory. In addition, the RTX 4070’s storage system has been enhanced with 36MB of L2 cache and 12GB of ultra-fast GDDR6X memory.
