NVIDIA RTX 4070/4060/4050 notebook GPU released: closest comparable to RTX 3080

NVIDIA today released RTX 4070, RTX 4060, and RTX 4050 three mobile GPUs.

NVIDIA said the GeForce RTX 4070, 4060 and 4050 notebook GPUs require only one-third of the power consumption to achieve up to the comparable performance to the RTX 3080 flagship products, thus helping to make the device thinner, lighter, quieter and better cooling.

The GPUs support playing Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra-high settings, 1440p resolution, and frame rates up to 80, rendering complex Blender scenes in minutes, and taking full advantage of Ada’s AV1 encoder for better video editing and live streaming. The high-performance GeForce RTX laptop GPU is now available in an ultra-portable 14-inch laptop.

The RTX 4050 laptop will start at a suggested retail price of RMB 7499 and will be available for purchase starting February 22.

The RTX 4060 GPU has 3072 CUDA cores with a GPU frequency of 2370 MHz and 128-bit wide 8GB of 128-bit GDDR6 memory.
