NVIDIA launches new drivers for GTX 600/700 graphics cards, fixes two bugs

According to computerbase, Nvidia has recently released a new driver for GTX 600/700 “Kepler” architecture graphics cards that fixes two vulnerabilities.

Nvidia’s official website has released new drivers 474.04 WHQL (for Windows 10/11) and 474.06 WHQL (for Windows 7/8/8.1) for “Kepler” architecture graphics cards. The new driver fixes two vulnerabilities, CVE-2022-3786 and CVE-2022-3602. These two vulnerabilities could give hackers the ability to remotely execute code on a user’s device.

It’s been 10 years since the GeForce GTX 600 series “Kepler” architecture graphics cards were released in 2012. The flagship model GTX 690 combines the powerful processing capabilities of two Kepler GPUs, and is nicknamed “tactical core graphics card” by netizens.
