The official Red Magic has released a picture of the production line and said, “The production line is working overtime at this moment to do its best to increase output and try to meet everyone’s needs, please wait patiently for the next round of sales.”
The Red Magic 8 Pro series will be available at the end of December 2022, with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and a launch price starting at RMB 3999.
The company’s core configuration is Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 + full-blooded LPDDR5X memory + UFS4.0 flash memory, equipped with its own Redcore R2 gaming chip. The Red Magic 8 Pro has a 6000mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging, while the Red Magic 8 Pro+ has a 5000mAh battery and supports 165W fast charging.
It’s worth mentioning that this is not the first time the Red Magic 8 Pro series has been announced to be sold out. On the day after the first sale (December 29, 2022), the Red Magic Gaming Phone officially announced that the Red Magic 8 Pro series sold out on the first sale day.
