According to the latest news, the foreign media MySmartPrice obtained some information about the new Nothing Phone (2), revealing that the machine will be released in the third quarter of 2023.
According to the leak, the Nothing Phone (2), model number A065, is likely to be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series SoC, offer at least 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and have a 5000mAh battery (compared to 4500mAh in the previous generation).
In addition, the Nothing Phone (2) is expected to have an unchanged design from its predecessor, with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate AMOLED screen, and could launch globally in the third quarter of 2023.
When evaluating the relationship between the existing Nothing Phone (1) and Nothing Phone (2), Pei Yu said, “The mobile chip has really been enhanced over the last seven to nine years. That’s why I would avoid calling the Nothing Phone (2) a flagship because that would make it seem like the Nothing Phone (1) is not a flagship. Among Nothing products, Phone (1) is a very important flagship in terms of our own attention. That’s why I chose the word “premium” to describe the Phone (2), it’s a more premium upgrade, but it’s as much a flagship as the Phone (1).”
