According to TechPowerUp, Noctua introduced the high-performance air-cooled radiator NH-U14S designed for Intel’s new generation of Xeon W-series workstation processors.
According to reports, this cooler can cool a fully loaded 56-core Xeon W9-3495X of Intel and can press 700W of power.
In terms of specifications, the Noctua NH-U14S DX-4677 is equipped with a copper base, equipped with eight copper heat pipes and a large aluminium heat sink, designed for the Xeon CPU in the LGA4677 socket, with a fan weight of 1136 grams, equipped with two NF- The A15 HS-PWM fan, with a rotation speed from 300 RPM to 1500 RPM, can provide an airflow of 140.2 m³/h with only 24.6 dB of noise.
Noctua announced in February this year that it has launched four radiators for Intel’s new generation of Xeon W2400/3400 processors. The NH-U14S is the flagship model, and its price is $129.90 (currently about 890 CNY)
