Xiao Baihong said that at a technical level, the fully wired intelligent chassis is currently the only truly fully wired intelligent chassis in the world that integrates three core hardware systems, which can greatly improve vehicle driving comfort, control and safety – and Compared with the chassis of the third generation Panamera, it is even better.
The “brain” of the fully wired intelligent chassis equipped with NIO ET9 has evolved into the VMC intelligent computing platform, which realizes the decoupling of software and hardware. Combined with Tianshu SkyOS, it supports flexible deployment and can expand new functions and new wired control hardware; it can be connected to AD intelligence. Driving is connected to various actuators, integrating drive system, braking system, steering system, active suspension and other wire-controlled hardware.
Because VMC is data-driven, the fully wired intelligent chassis has the ability to evolve, iterate, and grow.
It was previously reported that NIO will release its new flagship model ET9 at NIO Day on December 23, which will be NIO’s “culmination of future technological innovation.”
