The Nio ES7 is now available for test rides in some cities. Nio is giving priority to individuals who have reservations. These select individuals will get the first try at taking this new electric vehicle for a spin. Nio made this information available via their application.
The test drive is not open to all cities, as it is limited to a selected number of cities in China. Among the cities where this test ride will hold are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Xi’an and Dongguan. The company also promises that it will add more cities to the test drive in the coming weeks. This addition will help the company reach out to its customers in those cities, saving them the stress of travelling down to cities where the test ride is currently available.

For those hoping to engage in the test ride but do not have reservations, Nio promises that it will make provisions for them within the month. This vehicle, the Nio ES7, became official in the month of July and reservations have been ongoing. The first set of deliveries will kick off on August 28 to customers who made early reservations for this electric SUV.
The Nio ES7 is available for purchase in three options, all of which retail above 450,000 Yuan before subsidies. All models pack a good battery size with the least capacity being 75kWh and retails for 468,000 Yuan before subsidies. The other two variants or models are the 100kWh battery pack and the Premier Edition. All three models come with the Nio Aquila for better autonomous driving.
