Nio Motors today announced its April 2023 delivery figures, with 6,658 units delivered in April, up 31.2 percent year-over-year.
Nio April deliveries included 1,713 smart electric SUVs and 4,945 smart electric sedans. As of April 30, 2023, Nio’s cumulative deliveries reached 327,255 units.
For comparison, in April this year, RISO delivered a total of 25,681 units, with RISO L7 delivering over 10,000 units in a single month. Xpeng Auto delivered 7,079 new vehicles in April.
Nio also announced information on upcoming deliveries:
"In late April 2023, Nio began advancing production and delivery of the EC7, a five-seat smart electric flagship coupe SUV.
On April 18, 2023, Nio premiered its smart electric all-rounder SUV, the Nio ES6, at the 2023 Shanghai International Auto Show, with deliveries expected to begin in May 2023.
The all-new ES8 is an NT2.0-based smart electric flagship SUV, launched on NIO Day 2022, with deliveries expected to begin in June 2023.
At Auto Shanghai 2023, Nio also unveiled the 2023 ET7, a smart electric flagship sedan based on NT2.0. 2023 ET7 deliveries will begin in May 2023."The car delivery/sales data of each brand in April is as follows:
- Skyworth Auto delivered 1,226 units in April and exported 578 units overseas, total deliveries increased by 10.1% compared to last year.
- Hoptronic’s April deliveries reached 4,193 units, up more than 35% from last year.
- RISO Motors delivered 25,681 units in April, of which RISO L7 delivered more than 10,000 units in a single month.
- GAC Eyen sold 41,012 units in April, an increase of 302% year-over-year and 2.5% year-over-year.
- Nezha delivered 11,080 units in April, an increase of 26% year-over-year.
- Zhiqi Auto sold a total of 2,009 units in April, including 1,930 units of Zhiqi LS7.
- Wuling Bingo sold 16,383 units in April, the first month of its launch.
- Changan Deep Blue SL03 delivered 7,756 units in April, and the cumulative delivery exceeded 50,000 units.
- Voyah delivered 3339 units in April, up 210% year-on-year and 10% year-on-year.
- Zero Running Motors delivered 8,726 new vehicles in April, up 41% year-over-year, with C series models accounting for over 83% of the total.
- Xpeng Auto delivered 7,079 new vehicles in April, basically flat YoY and down 21% YoY.
- Nio delivered 6,658 units in April, up 31.2% year-over-year.
