Source @billbil_kun broke the news that Nintendo will release a red version of the Switch OLED handheld console with the theme of the “Super Mario Bros. Amazing” game at this direct meeting.
Source @billbil_kun says the new themed handheld is being marketed as “Nintendo Switch – OLED Model – Mario Red Edition”.
The source says that while it has seen renders of the themed Switch, it can’t be shared at this time to avoid Nintendo’s legal troubles.
The source simply states that this themed Switch is simply changing to red, there will be no Super Mario Bros.-related customization elements on the body, and that both the Joy-Con and Dock will be red.
The source said that it is currently unable to confirm the date of the theme Switch on the shelves, The price should be similar to the regular version of the Switch OLED, and the suggested retail price is 319.99 pounds (currently about RMB 2,966 ).
