Ningde Times Kirin Battery landing model launch on August 27th

Ningde Times announced that it will hold a Kirin battery landing model launch on August 27th from 15:30-16:30, with the theme of “Kirin has the power, who will be the winner”.

Ningde Time officially released the CTP3.0 Kirin battery in June this year, and said that the Kirin battery volume utilization rate exceeded 72%, energy density can reach 255Wh/kg, easily achieve the whole car 1000 km range.

According to previous information, Kirin battery will be available in mass production in 2023. According to Ningde Times, the Kirin battery can support 5-minute fast hot start and 10-minute fast charging through the world’s first large surface cooling technology for electric cells.

According to the report, under the same chemical system, the same pack size, Kirin battery pack power, compared to the 4680 system to improve 13%, Ningde Times said Kirin battery to achieve range, fast charging, safety, life, efficiency, and low-temperature performance of the overall improvement.

As reported by Shanghai Securities News in June, Ningde Times sources confirmed that the Kirin battery will be installed in RISO’s new energy vehicles. Meanwhile, Nezha Auto sources also confirmed that Nezha is negotiating with Ningde Times to use Kirin batteries in its vehicles.

According to 36 Krypton, Xiaomi Auto has confirmed that it will use Ningde’s Kirin and BYD’s Blade battery solutions. Sources close to the matter said that Xiaomi Auto has already finalized two main battery suppliers, Ningde Time and BYD’s Fudi Battery.
