NikonRumors stated that Nikon will release a Nikkor Z 600mm/6.3 PF lens on October 10, which is expected to be the same size/weight as the existing Nikkor AF-S 500mm f/5.6E The PF ED VR lenses are much the same.
The detailed parameters of this lens are not yet clear. Foreign media speculate that its aperture may be f/5.6, it is expected to sell for about US$4,000 and weighs 1,390 grams.
It is worth mentioning that Nikon launched a mid-telephoto fixed-focus lens last week – the Nikkor Z 135mm f/1.8 S Plena, which is priced at 19,999 CNY in China and will go on sale on October 12.
