The NIKKOR Z 17-28mm f/2.8 has 2 built-in low dispersion (ED) lenses, 1 enhanced ED lens and 3 aspherical lenses, equipped with high-speed autofocus control, stepping Motor (STM) and control loop.
Nikon says the lens utilizes the unique angle of view offered by the wide-angle lens, as well as the fast maximum aperture of f/2.8 and the closest focusing distance of approximately 0.19m (at the 17mm zoom position), to cope well with a wide variety of shooting scenarios and subjects, enabling a wide range of dynamic expression.
