New Range Rover Evoque upgraded with an 11.4-inch large screen and supports chassis perspective

Recently, JLR released the new Range Rover Evoque. The new car has been upgraded both in appearance and interior and uses an 11.4-inch large screen to enhance the sense of technology.

JLR said that the new Range Rover Evoque will introduce a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T three-cylinder engine + electric motor, with a combined maximum power of 309 horsepower and an acceleration time of 6.4 seconds from 0-100km/h. The pure electric cruising range under WLTP is 62 km, and the total cruising range is 651 km. According to JLR, the Aurora supports fast charging technology, and its 14.9 kWh battery can be charged from 0% to 80% in 30 minutes.

In terms of appearance, the Range Rover Evoque is equipped with newly designed Pixel LED headlights, and the number of LEDs is three times that of the previous one, which can bring good lighting effects. Dynamic HSE and Autobiography models will be equipped with this headlight as standard. In addition, this time JLR has also added 21-inch wheel options.

In terms of interior, the new Range Rover Evoque uses an 11.4-inch large screen. It is noticed that the screen adopts a floating design and integrates multiple functions to reduce physical buttons. It is equipped with a Pivi Pro2 system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. JLR pointed out that thanks to the large screen design, the new Range Rover Evoque will better support the ClearSight chassis perspective function.

At present, JLR has announced the price of the new Range Rover Evoque in the UK. The starting price of the entry-level “S” model is 40,080 pounds.
