News coming from Digital Chat Station has it that OPPO might be planning to launch a new tablet. Judging from the glimpse of specs from the blogger, we can tell that this expected tablet won’t be as expensive as the previous OPPO Pad. The new tablet will let go of a few features that are available on its predecessor.
The basic specs of this device from Digital Chat Station include a 10.36-inch 2k display. This leaked device will use an LCD panel just like the OPPO Pad. The reduction in screen size and display resolution on the said incoming tablet from OPPO puts it in line with being a Lite version of the OPPO Pad.
The processor on this device will be the Snapdragon 680, the original OPPO Pad uses the Snapdragon 870 5G. The battery capacity suspected to launch with this coming tablet is a 7100mAh battery. The battery is large but still can’t compete with the 8369mAh of the earlier tablet from the company. Charging speed on this device will reduce from a 33W fast charger on the original tablet to an 18W charge.
The specs from Digital Chat Station’s leak point to a budget tablet, but, the pricing or possible launch date of this device isn’t out yet. But a second post on Weibo showcases a screenshot of the new Android 13 running on Colour OS. If the leak is accurate we can now expect this tablet to launch in the second half of the year, towards the time Android 13 will be made available for the global market.
