Apple launched a new “Apple Trade In Redemption Program”, focusing on the benefits of the trade-in service to the earth and to users.

With the Apple Trade-In program, you can trade in an existing device for easy exchange for a new product, or you can choose to transfer the discount directly to your bank account. And, it’s all easily available online or at an Apple Retail Store. If your device doesn’t qualify for trade-in, we’ll also recycle it for free. In this way, you benefit and so does the planet.
If your device is in good condition, we’ll help find a new owner. If the device is not in good condition, we will recycle it for you free of charge.

We use more recycled materials than ever before in our products. We also recycle key materials from obsolete equipment into new products.

We plan to achieve net zero carbon impact by 2030. At the same time, we are investing in areas such as low-carbon design, energy efficiency and renewable energy.
