The foldable smartphone market is expecting a new entry, the Motorola Razr 2022 (Maven). This device is to launch towards the end of this month, and already we have a glimpse of what this device will look like. Chen Jin, the General Manager of Lenovo China Mobile Phone Business department, gave an official look at this foldable.
This is the most detailed look of this device that we have got. All other views of this device are from leaks, with certain features not seen. Also, a video of this device is available, showcasing a bit of this device’s design.

From the available images, we can see that Motorola will drop off the chin on previous other Razr devices. There’ll also be a large rear display on the top folding half. It’d as well come with a dual rear camera set up, the leaked specifications are as follows.
At this moment all specifications of this device are from leaks as no official statement has come from the company. From available leaks, we can tell the processor of this device along with its screen size. The battery of this device remains unclear as the company’s officials say the initial leaks are false.
The processor on this foldable device will be the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The screen will be a 6.7-inch P-OLED panel with FHD+ and a 120Hz refresh rate. The rear display will be a 3-inch panel and the rear cameras will use a 50MP+13MP setup.
This foldable might first launch in China and then launch in more regions after some time. We expect the available colour options to be Quartz Black and Tranquil Blue. The official launch date and price are not available, but we expect the pricing to be a bit similar to the previous Razr device.
