Moto G82 TENAA listing reveals full specifications, images

A Motorola phone with model number XT2225-2 has appeared in the database of the TENAA certification site. It is a China country variant of the XT2225-1, which was previously spotted at Thailand’s NBTC certification with the Moto G82 5G name. Apart from NBTC, the Moto G82 5G has been spotted on other certification platforms such as the FCC, SIRIM, and 3C. The TENAA certification of the device has revealed its entire specifications.

Moto G82 5G specifications

The Moto G82 5G (XT2225-2) measures 160.8 x 74.4 x 7.9mm and weighs 178 grams. The device houses a 6.55-inch OLED screen that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. While it is not mentioned in the listing, the device may carry support for a high refresh rate.

Previous reports have claimed that the Moto G82 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset. The TENAA listing claims that the device will be arriving in China in multiple RAM options such as 8GB, 10GB, 12GB, and 16GB. It will be available in storage choices such as 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.

The G82 5G seems to feature an 8MP camera on the front. However, the listing does not clearly mention the configuration of the rear-facing triple camera unit. The device is likely to run on the latest Android 12 OS.

The device is packed with a 4,700mAh rated battery. The 3C certification of the device revealed that it may come equipped with support for 33W fast charging. The device also features a fingerprint scanner. The listing also states that the device will be available in multiple colors such as black, white, blue, cyan, green, gold, red, silver, and gray. However, the company is unlikely to announce all the color variants at the launch.

There is no word on the launch date of the Moto G82 5G. Since it has bagged TENAA certification, it may launch in the next few weeks in China.
