Motorola Edge 50 Pro released with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, Pantone screen

Motorola released the first phone with Pantone screen certification in the Indian market – Edge 50 Pro.

In terms of screen, Motorola Edge 50 Pro will be equipped with a 6.7-inch pOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, with a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits. It is the world’s first phone display to be certified by Pantone. Screen.

It is reported that products that have passed “Pantone Certification” can faithfully simulate the full range of Pantone colors. This means that more realistic and accurate colors can be displayed on the Edge 50 Pro phone screen, giving users an excellent visual experience when browsing pictures and videos.

In terms of performance, the phone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen3 processor. In the GeekBench benchmark library version 6.2.2, the single-core score is 1097 points and the multi-core score is 3114 points.

In terms of cameras, Edge 50 Pro will use a rear three-camera system:

The main camera uses a 50-megapixel camera with f/1.4 aperture, supports OIS anti-shake, and has passed Pantone certification.

At the same time, the Edge 50 Pro phone is equipped with a 10-megapixel telephoto camera that supports OIS anti-shake, 3x optical zoom and 30x hybrid zoom, and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera that supports 120° wide-angle picture shooting and automatic Macro focus shooting function.

In addition, the front camera of the phone uses a 50-megapixel lens with an f/1.9 aperture and supports autofocus.

In terms of battery life, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro phone has a 4500mAh battery and supports 125W wired fast charging. 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wired charging.

In other aspects, the phone is IP68 dustproof and waterproof; supports 5G communications; and has NFC, stereo speakers, spatial sound and high-resolution audio functions. In addition, Motorola promises three years of Android version upgrades and four years of security updates for the Edge 50 Pro phone.
