Motorola recently launched another new product in the Edge 50 series – Edge 50 Fusion.
The Edge 50 Fusion, which focuses on balanced configuration, is equipped with a 6.7-inch curved pOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz (Europe, Middle East and Africa version). In terms of performance, the Europe, Middle East and Africa version uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, while the Latin American version uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, both with options for up to 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB UFS 2.2 flash memory.
As for the rear camera, Edge 50 Fusion uses a dual-camera solution. The main camera is a 50MP LYT-700C sensor with f/1.88 aperture, 1.0μm pixel size, and supports optical image stabilization (OIS). This is complemented by a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera that doubles as a macro lens. The front is a 32MP camera with a hole-punch design.
In addition, Motorola has equipped the Edge 50 Fusion with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 68W wired charging.
In terms of system, Edge 50 Fusion comes pre-installed with Motorola’s customized Hello UX system based on Android 14. The system offers generative AI capabilities for customizing personalized wallpapers. At the same time, through Motorola Smart Connect, seamless integration and interoperability with Lenovo computers can be achieved.
Other features worth mentioning include the moto AI feature, which can adjust shutter speed, handle autofocus tracking, and optimize the highlights, shadows, and color representation of photos in the camera app. The Edge 50 Fusion also has an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, and the display and camera are Pantone color certified.
Edge 50 Fusion is available in three color options: forest blue, hot pink, and marshmallow blue. The starting price in Europe is 349 euros (Note: The current price is about 2,687 RMB).
