Motorola Edge 30 Fusion launch draws closer as it bags multiple certifications

The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion has passed several certifications, proving its launch is close. Its model number is XT2243-1, and it has got the TDRA, Wi-Fi Alliance and 3C certifications. A few of its certifications have given away some specifications that we can expect on this coming device.

Asides from the information given away from the certifications, we can only assume its remaining specifications. The specifications that we know to be certain are its charging speed, operating system, and Wi-Fi support. We are still in the dark concerning other specifications of this mid-range flagship device.

Motorola Edge 30 Fusion will succeed the Edge 20 Fusion.

If you can recall, we covered a few coming Motorola devices, and the Edge 30 Fusion was on the list. From our sources, we could tell the processor and memory capacity of this device. Putting this together with the specifications from the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion, we are getting a clearer picture of this device.

This device will use the MediaTek Dimensity 900U processor and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There might be more storage variants with this device at its launch. It’d run Android 12 which will come with a few customizations from Motorola.

We are not certain about the battery specifications of this device, but we know that it’d support 68.2W fast charging. Now we can make some deductions about the battery capacity of this device from its predecessor. The Edge 20 Fusion has a 5000mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

The battery on the coming successor to this device (Edge 20 Fusion) won’t receive a massive upgrade. We can as well expect a battery capacity quite similar to the predecessor. Other specifications of this device will be made available by the company towards the device launch.
