A Motorola phone with model number XT2301-5 was recently approved by China’s 3C and TENAA certification platforms. The TENAA listing of the phone had only carried the images previously, but now it has updated its entire specifications. The Moto X40 measures 161.3 x 73.9 x 8.5mm and weighs around 196 grams. The device has a 6.67-inch OLED panel with curved edges and a centrally aligned punch-hole. It supports a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and 10-bit colors. It is rumored to support a 165Hz refresh rate.r
The configuration of the front camera of the Moto X40 is not mentioned in its TENAA listing. However, it reveals that its rear camera setup features a pair of 50MP cameras and a 12MP snapper. Reports have claimed that it has a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens that doubles up as a macro snapper, and a 12MP telephoto camera.
Under the hood, it has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The TENAA listing reveals that the phone will come with 8GB, 12GB, and 18GB of RAM. When it comes to storage, it will offer options like 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
The Moto X40 TENAA listing states that it has “4950mAh / 4,450mAh” battery. The 3C certification of the device has revealed that it may carry support for 68W fast charging. For security, it has under-display fingerprint scanner.
