Moto G72 specifications and renders leaked online ahead of the official launch

Motorola has officially confirmed that they will launch the Moto G72 smartphone in India on October 3rd, 2022. The device will go on sale in India through the e-commerce platform Flipkart. Key specifications of the devices like a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixels primary camera, and MediaTek chipset have been confirmed. Before the official launch, the renders and specifications of the devices have been leaked out. Let’s have a closer look at them.

Moto G72 specifications and renders; what do the leaks say?

Known publication 91Mobiles in partnership with Evan Blass has shared the renders of the upcoming Moto G72 smartphone and its specifications online. The device will flaunt a 6.6-inches pOLED panel with FullHD+ 1080*2400 pixel resolution, up to 120Hz high refresh rate support, and HDR10+ certification. It will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. The device will boot up on Android 12-based on MyUI custom skin right out of the box.

Motorola Moto G72

The device will come with the support for an under-display fingerprint scanner for the security of the device. The gadget will pack a 5000mAh battery with the support for up to 30W fast wired charging. It will flaunt a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixels primary lens, an 8-megapixels secondary ultrawide and a 2-megapixels tertiary macro lens. On the front, we will have a 16-megapixels front-facing selfie snapper.

It is said to come in 6GB and 8GB of LPDDR4x based RAM capacity and 128GB onboard storage support. There could be other variants of the device as well. Moto G72 will further offer the support of Dolby Atmos and IP52 water resistance rating. The detailed pricing will be unveiled during the official event.
