Narrator Natural Voices in French, Portuguese, English (Indian), German and Korean
This release introduces new natural voices in French, Portuguese, English (India), German and Korean, allowing Narrator users to comfortably browse the web, read and compose emails. The "Natural Narrator" voices use text-to-speech conversion on modern devices and can be supported without an Internet connection after download.

Taskbar and System Tray
Never merge mode setting for the taskbar is shown in Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Toolbar Behavior. "Toolbar Behavior, but could not be enabled. Microsoft has temporarily removed this setting to resolve the issue. This feature will be available in Beta Preview soon.
File Explorer
In addition to the sharing icon at the top of the context menu, this version adds "Sharing" to the context menu of File Explorer.
Added more fields to be displayed in the Details pane, including image size for pictures, number of pages in a .docx, used space on a drive, and free information.
Windows Spotlight
After an operating system update, in some cases, such as with the default Windows 11 background or solid colors, the Windows Spotlight spotlight wallpaper may be enabled for users. If you don't want to enable Windows Spotlight, you can turn it off manually and turn it on again manually later.

Known Issues
An issue is being fixed that causes explorer.exe to crash on the login screen when trying to enter safe mode.
In some cases, the context menu background in File Explorer may appear transparent.
In some cases, the icons on the desktop may be all empty. If this happens, it can be fixed using the Refresh option in the desktop context menu.
An issue is being fixed that causes the Safely Remove Hardware icon to not display as expected in the system tray.
An issue is being fixed that causes some users to be unable to type properly using Japanese and Chinese input methods.
Users may see some strings not localized to the selected language, which will be addressed in a future release.
