According to a Microsoft blog post, Microsoft today released Windows 11 Beta Build 22621.1830 and Build 22631.1830 (KB5026443) for the Beta channel.
Build 22631.1830 = New feature introduced.
Build 22621.1830 = Disable new features by default.
Reminder: Insiders previously using Build 22624 will be automatically moved to Build 22631 via the enablement package. the enablement package artificially adds the updated Build version number, rolls out and enables new features to more easily distinguish them from updated devices that have the feature turned off by default. This method is for Beta channels only and does not represent any changes or plans for the final feature rollout.
Insiders with new features turned off by default (Build 22621.xxxx) can check for updates and choose to install the update that will roll out the features (Build 22631.xxxx).
Changes and improvements in Build 22631.1830
Microsoft added WPA3 support to the Phone Link Instant Hotspot feature for more secure connections to phone hotspots; also made fixes to comply with per-traffic billing connection settings, reduce duplicate profiles, and show the phone’s display name in the network list.
