Microsoft began rolling out its Windows 11 version 22H2 feature update last month, and now Microsoft is preparing to release a 22H2 feature update for Windows 10 as well. In June, Microsoft confirmed during the rollout of the Windows 11 2022 update that an update for Windows 10 was also coming. At the time, the company expected that it should see the update in October, which means that the company is internally preparing to deploy it to servers soon, and ISO download links have already been spotted.
Similar to what happened before the release of Windows 11 22H2, two ISO links for Windows 10 22H2 have been found on the TechBench dump site.
While one cannot download the 2022 update yet, as the files to which these links point have not yet been uploaded, their existence confirms that the rollout of Windows 10’s 22H2 feature update for General Availability (GA) is quite close. In the case of Windows 11, these links were added online only a few days before the release.
While don’t expect any widespread updates, Microsoft has said it will roll out a “wide-ranging” set of updates.
