According to the Microsoft 365 Management Center released an announcement, Microsoft will soon introduce a zoom navigation bar in the Teams shared screen interface, making it easy for users to adjust the display area.
Microsoft said that after Teams users share the screen, they can zoom the size of the shared screen through the touchpad or touch screen gestures, but most users are not aware of this feature.
So Microsoft will introduce three buttons at the bottom left of the shared screen for zooming in, zooming out and full screen, making it easy for users to adjust the shared screen according to their needs.
Microsoft said it will invite users to participate in the test in early June and officially release it in mid-June.
