Microsoft issued a press release today, announcing that the Microsoft Teams application will introduce the speaker view.

Part of the blog post translated is as follows:
Users can switch to the speaker view during a meeting, allowing attendees to more easily track the current active speaker information.
This view is very practical in municipal meetings, trainings, lectures and other scenarios where the number of speakers is small and there are many listeners. It is especially useful for students taking online classes.
Microsoft said that after switching to the speaker view, the main video source will provide a higher resolution than the regular video and provide a clearer speaker voice.
