According to Microsoft 365 roadmap page in September this year issued a preview, the Microsoft Teams application will be added this month “Payments” payment function. However, this feature is still very narrow in scope at the beginning of the line.

Microsoft said that while the payment feature is available for Microsoft Teams on the web, mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop (Mac and PC), the launch is initially limited to users in the United States and Canada.

About the payment feature, Microsoft explained: “After connecting to a third-party service for payment, you’ll be able to request payment during a Teams meeting, allowing customers to pay you with just a few clicks.

Other features that Microsoft teased going live this month include expanding the selection of emojis in Teams to 800, delayed delivery of chat messages, additional approval list filters and more. in December, several other features and improvements will arrive to the messaging platform, including the long-awaited “Delete Chat” option to permanently delete your entire conversation and use the “@mention” feature to instantly add new participants to the chat.
