Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and Surface Pro 9 pushes August update, fixes graphics issues

Microsoft recently released an August firmware update for the Surface Pro 8 and Surface Pro 9 models to fix graphics issues and improve stability.

Surface Pro 8 received the 31.0.101.3889 driver update this time, mainly to fix graphics configuration and artifact issues.

Surface Pro 9 has released the 30.0.3741.85 update for Qualcomm Adreno (TM) 680 GPU, which mainly improves stability and fixes the system bug check problem.

Note: Users can download through Windows Update or the Surface support website. Surface Pro 8 will continue to be supported until October 5, 2025; Pro 9 will be supported until October 25, 2026.
