According to Windows Observer @PhantomOfEarth, Microsoft has now opened a new feature about Snap window layout to all Windows Insider users in the Dev channel.
Note: This feature is to significantly shorten the hover time of the Snap layout pop-up window. Microsoft began testing it in the Win11 preview version from February to April this year and introduced it in Win11 Build 23550.
@PhantomOfEarth said that after Microsoft introduced this feature, it did not explain it in the recently released Build 23555 update log, but most Dev channel user feedback has received this feature.
