According to Foreign Technology Media Windows Report, if users recently uninstalled the Chromium-based Microsoft Edge browser, a new prompt may pop up, informing the user that Edge-based applications and widgets will no longer function normally after uninstallation.
When the user clicks “Learn about updates” in the prompt window, the browser will jump to the “Apps and Widgets Relying on Microsoft Edge” support page created on August 7, 2023. The previous user uninstallation page is as follows:
