Microsoft today for Dev channel Windows Insider program members, released Win11 Build 23550 preview version update.
Win11 Build 23550 adds the following new features:
Enable Voice Access in first-time-only settings (OOBE)
Microsoft has expanded Voice Access in Win11 Build 23550 Preview to allow navigation in the OOBE screen. Users can click on the Accessibility pop-up button in the bottom right corner of the screen and then click Enable Voice Access.
Enabling this feature requires an internet connection to be set up. Once Voice Access is enabled, you can navigate OOBE, use the on-screen keyboard to insert passwords, use dictation to enter text, and use the number and grid overlay to control the cursor.
