Microsoft reissues KB4023057 update, introducing new update health tool for Win10 / Win11

According to foreign technology media NeoWin reports, Microsoft recently for Win10 and Win11 systems, again released the KB4023057 update, the introduction of a new version of Update Health Tools.

A portion of Microsoft’s support documentation as follows:

Devices can get Microsoft Update Health Tools by installing the KB4023057 update. This update is available for Windows users and commercial devices, with slightly different uses and features.

On Windows user devices, this update helps to fix the smooth operation of Windows updates.

For business devices, this update is recommended for Windows Update for Business (WUfB) deployment services for managing feature and quality reporting.

What are Microsoft Update Health Tools?

Microsoft Update Health Tools will reset network settings, clean registry keys, repair disabled or corrupted components, free up disk space, and reset the Windows Update database if there are other factors that “prevent updates from installing successfully”.

Microsoft Update Health Tools is designed to run in the background only if it detects a problem with the Windows Update service.

Note that “Microsoft Update Health Tools” is not a new software, it was first released by the company last year. Now, it is being rolled out to more users.
