Support for text formatting for Microsoft Whiteboard

Teased in the Microsoft 365 roadmap is feature number 10049, the ability to format all or part of the text in text boxes, comments and shapes, including bold, italics and underline. It is important to note that the font of existing text boxes will not be affected.
