Microsoft’s next-generation Surface Go 4, codenamed Tanta, will be powered by a Snapdragon 7c-based SoC with similar performance to the current Surface Go, but with a higher power efficiency ratio and longer battery life, sources said.

In addition, the Surface Go 4 may have some minor design changes, such as 5G support, but it will still maintain similar dimensions to previous models.

Microsoft is also reportedly planning to launch two sizes of the new Surface Pro, similar to Apple’s dual flagship strategy for the iPad Pro. In addition to the classic 13-inch Surface Pro, Microsoft is also introducing a new 11-inch Surface Pro.

Sources revealed that the 11-inch Surface Pro, codenamed Luxor, is similar in shape and size to the Surface Go, but with narrower bezels. Of course, compared to the Surface Go series, the Surface Pro will also be more powerful, and will also have a better 120Hz display.
