Itai Goldstein said that even if the user modifies the table layout, will not affect the user inserted into the cell picture, in addition to the user can be sorted, filtered and other operations, and can even be quoted in the formula.
Note, on the Windows platform, you need to run Version 2306 (Build 16529.20000) or more; on the macOS platform, you need to run Version 16.75 (Build 23070901) of Excel, you can test the cell to insert pictures.
