Microsoft released a few days ago the redesigned PowerToys Run launcher, the overall interface and interactive experience more in line with Win11 style. Microsoft recently updated the PowerToys Color Picker again, also made similar adjustments, more in line with Win11 style.

PowerToys Color Picker is a very useful color picker that can support HEX, RGB, HSL, HSV and many other color formats. Note: Users can invoke PowerToys Color Picker by pressing Win + Shift + C (almost all PowerToys shortcuts are customizable).
