Microsoft Edge browser released today 113 stable update, the latest version number Build 113.0.1774.35, optimized to enhance security mode; for macOS version introduced a new EdgeUpdater; for PDF subscriptions introduced a new strategy.

Optimized Enhanced Safe Mode:
With Enhanced Security Mode enabled users can have extra protection when browsing the web and visiting unfamiliar websites. In this release, the update includes combining security level settings into Balanced and Strict modes.
macOS version upgraded from Microsoft Autoupdate to EdgeUpdater
The macOS version of the Microsoft Edge browser uses the EdgeUpdater updater, which can be adjusted via UpdateDefault if users still wish to select Microsoft Autoupdate.
Introducing a new policy for PDF view settings
The newly introduced RestorePdfView policy allows administrators to control PDF View Recovery in Microsoft Edge.
When the policy is enabled or not configured, Microsoft Edge will restore the last state of the PDF view and place the user in the section they ended up reading in the previous session.
Updating Microsoft Root Store Policies
The Microsoft RootStoreEnabled policy will still be supported in Edge versions 113/114 but will be removed in Edge version 115.
