At a press conference held today, Microsoft announced three new Surface products. It also announced that it would deepen its cooperation with OpenAI and introduce support for DALL-E 3 in Bing Chat. Supported, but no specific launch date has been announced.
DALL-E 3, the latest version of the image generation AI tool, will be available to ChatGPT Plus and ChatGPT Enterprise users starting in October, and the API will be online sometime in the fall.
Microsoft is also adding several shopping features to Bing: Bing can answer questions about how users use an item or other more personal questions so people can determine the right product for their needs. Bing also allows people to find and use discount codes.
