Since the release of Microsoft Windows 11 22H2 version, although the overall function is more complete than the previous version, there have been many errors in some small functions.
The latest error is Windows Hello. Microsoft officially said that after upgrading to Windows 11 22H2 version on devices that use Windows Hello to enhance login security, using Windows Hello to log in may not work properly, including faces, fingerprints, PIN codes, etc. will be affected.
Additionally, the issue only affects devices that had Windows Hello enabled prior to the Windows 11 22H2 upgrade, not Windows Hello enabled devices after upgrading or installing Windows 11 22H2.
Microsoft has suspended the push of Windows 11 22H2 updates to affected users. The issue has been resolved in patch KB5017389, which is expected to be lifted in mid-October.
