Microsoft last week for Dev channel launched Windows 11 Build 23516 beta. This version introduced a number of improvements and new features, such as screencasting, HDR wallpaper support, auxiliary function enhancement and so on.
But it also appears to contain several bugs, and now Microsoft has updated the release notes to recognize that the version currently has a taskbar that won’t load, and has offered three solutions:
1. Let the device idle for 5-6 minutes and you may see the taskbar appear
2. Reboot the device.
Tap the Power Button on the lock screen, press the Shift key and select Troubleshooting, Reboot and go to Advanced Options, then find Uninstall Updates and then Uninstall Recent Feature Updates. Uninstall the most recent feature update.
Microsoft said that the developers are busy investigating the problem and hope to solve it in future version updates. The developer Dev version will always have all kinds of bugs, we do not recommend installing Windows 11 Preview on the main machine for daily use.
