In the latest 159th episode of the XboxEra podcast, anchor Nick Baker revealed that Sony and Konami had reached an exclusive agreement, and the remake of “Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater” will be available for PlayStation 5 exclusive.
Jez Corden, editor of Windows Central, then reposted the podcast and confirmed that he had heard related news.
According to sources, the game is being developed by Virtuos Studio and is scheduled to launch in 2024. It was previously rumored that the studio planned to demonstrate at the E3 exhibition in June 2023, but the E3 exhibition has been cancelled.
Nick Baker said in a podcast that Sony is expected to demonstrate at this year’s PlayStation Showcase event.
In the latest tweet shared by Grubb, Sony will hold a PlayStation Showcase event on the week of May 25 during the “week of May 25”.
