According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, watchOS 10 will be the biggest software update for Apple’s Apple Watch since the initial operating system was released in 2015.
Apple is expected to announce watchOS 10, along with iOS 17, macOS 14 and other new software, during its annual WWDC keynote, which kicks off on June 6 BST.

In his latest newsletter, Mark Gurman said that watchOS 10 will be a “major” update with “even bigger enhancements”, including an “updated interface”. He didn’t provide any additional details, so the exact new features and changes remain to be seen.
Mark Gurman also said that minimal hardware changes are planned for the next generation of Apple Watch, so watchOS 10 will clearly be the main focus this year.
