macOS Ventura will no longer provide dial-up help

0

Apple’s macOS Ventura Beta 4 update, which rolled out to developers on Wednesday, will no longer help you get online via a dial-up modem. Foreign tech media have confirmed through internal macOS documentation that Apple has removed the help files on how to set up dial-up Internet access. These articles were still accessible prior to the release of macOS Ventura Beta 3, but have now been removed.

Mac devices with built-in dial-up modems have long been discontinued, but users can still purchase and implement dial-up Internet access via a USB module. In macOS Ventura, Apple recreated the System Preferences application (now called System Settings) and removed dial-up from the remake.
